When their previous employers retired from house building in 1988 the partners of Knowlman McDonald McMillan decided to continue the business they had enjoyed and prospered in, since 1955.

Jamie worked in Brisbane and overseas with Accounting firms before joining Griffin and Knowlman in 1984. He worked as a builder in his own right for two years before as a partner, founding Knowlman McDonald McMillan with Ron McDonald. He was elected President of the Housing Industry Association in 1993 and re-elected in 1994. He is currently still on the HIA's Regional Executive.

Ross McMillan B.Arch, B.Des.St.
Registered Architect No. 1699
Ross worked for Griffin & Knowlman from 1980, all that time in the design department. Since 1989 he has been in charge of the sales and design section. His flair has resulted in many award winning homes and has twice designed Brisbane’s House of the Year.

Steve Gersekowski
Licensed Builder No. 24108
Steve has been with Knowlman McDonald McMillan from its inception. Firstly as apprentice then carpenter, registered builder, supervisor and now partner. Steve ensures that building excellence will continue for many years to come.

Ron McDonald
Licensed Builder No. 3283
Ron worked for Griffin & Knowlman and then for Knowlman McDonald McMillan from 1959, most of that time in charge of construction as a partner and more recently as consultant.
Ron has employed and trained a very successful construction team.
