OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU... Knowlman McDonald McMillan guarantee to you the purchaser that should any defect develop under normal use within a 12 month period then such defect shall be made good by and at the expense of Knowlman McDonald McMillan.

Further, should any defect develop of a structural nature within six years of completion, then Knowlman McDonald McMillan again, guarantees to rectify the problem at no cost to you.
